Irina is a sensitive and charismatic singer that always brings deep emotions to her songs. Her first single, “Visele” was number one in all the Romanian Top Charts for 3 months and got her an award for the best debut of the year at the Radio Romania Music Awards in 2017. On Youtube, the video has more than 16 million views. Irina has also composed songs for various Romanian artists, such as Inna, Raluka, Andra, Alina Eremia, Nicoleta Nucă and Antonia. The Romanian branch of Cosmopolitan named her “the revelation of 2016”. In 2017, Rimes signed a contract with Universal Music France and released her first album, „Despre el”. The album contains 10 tracks, inspired by the artist’s stories and personal experiences. „Bandana” feat Killa Fonic, „Bolnavi Amandoi”, „Cosmos”, „Octombrie Rosu” and „Eroii Pieselor noastre” had spectacular results on digital platforms and Youtube. „Bolnavi amandoi” scored top positions in Romania charts such as #1 Romania Radio Chart and #1 Romania TV Chart. 2018 marks the debut of Irina as a coach at „Vocea Romaniei” and the release of the second album „Cosmos”, a collection of 12 songs released under the format of a book-album. The book presents a set of poems written by Irina herself and a series of exclusive photos of the artist. “Nu Știi Tu Să Fii Bărbat”, the single off the album was extremely appreciated by the public as well as radio and industry specials having more that 13 million views on Youtube.
