Puya (Dragoș Gărdescu) was part of the band La Familia since 1996, when he started his musical career, bringing, together with Sisu, a new direction in the world of Romanian hip-hop.

Puya is the artist who makes the transition from urban (the message of his songs being a very strong one) to mass music, many of his current songs are in the top 10 Media Forest and broadcast on all radio stations in Romania.
