Alexandru was present at the Sarajevo Film Festival as one of Romania’s representatives in Sarajevo Talent Campus 2013. He was also selected to take part in the program “10 for Film” at Transilvania International Film Festival in 2015. In 2016 he was a member of the “Living culture platform” within the romanian Ministry of Culture. Since 2012 he is an honorary citizen of Alexandria, his home town.
